Discover B'reyt Dough

Located at Unit 12, 92 Burton Rd, Neepsend, Sheffield, B'reyt Dough is a must-visit spot for anyone in search of exceptional, artisanal bread and delightful pastries. Nestled in the heart of Sheffield, this bakery offers a unique experience for food lovers who appreciate freshly baked goods made with the finest ingredients. The cozy, inviting atmosphere is the perfect backdrop for enjoying a warm loaf of sourdough or a sweet pastry, making it a local favorite for breakfast, lunch, or a midday snack.

One of the standout features of B'reyt Dough is its dedication to quality and craftsmanship. The team behind this bakery takes pride in using only the best ingredients, sourcing locally whenever possible, and crafting every item by hand. From the moment you walk in, the smell of fresh bread baking is enough to make your stomach rumble. The menu is thoughtfully designed to highlight the range of breads, pastries, and treats that they bake daily, each with its own distinct flavor and texture. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty loaf of rye, a soft and fluffy brioche, or a buttery croissant, you'll find something to satisfy your cravings.

The bakery's sourdough is a particular favorite among regulars. With its tangy flavor, chewy texture, and crisp crust, it's clear that B'reyt Dough has mastered the art of sourdough bread. They use a long fermentation process that allows the dough to develop its complex flavors, resulting in a loaf that's both satisfying and memorable. Many locals swear by the sourdough toast for breakfast, topped with a spread of creamy butter or a dollop of homemade jam.

For those with a sweet tooth, B'reyt Dough doesn't disappoint. The selection of pastries is just as impressive as the bread. The almond croissants are a crowd-pleaser, filled with rich almond paste and baked to golden perfection. If you're looking for something a bit lighter, the fruit danishes, made with seasonal fruits, are a refreshing choice. The bakery also offers savory pastries, such as their signature cheese twists, which are perfect for a quick snack or a light lunch.

The variety of breads available at B'reyt Dough also extends to gluten-free and vegan options, ensuring that everyone can enjoy a slice of their delicious creations. The gluten-free loaves are made with care, ensuring they have the right texture and flavor that can sometimes be lacking in gluten-free bread. For vegan customers, the bakery offers several plant-based pastries and breads that are just as delightful as their non-vegan counterparts.

What really sets B'reyt Dough apart, however, is the personal touch that goes into every product. The bakers at this Sheffield gem aren’t just following a recipe-they are artisans, constantly experimenting with flavors and textures to bring out the best in every loaf and pastry. This hands-on approach is what keeps customers coming back time and time again. It’s not just the food that makes this bakery special; it’s the passion and dedication that go into every bite.

If you’re planning to visit, make sure to check out their seasonal specials. • Amazing pizza by B’reyt Dough. Highly recommend and will be definitely coming back. I had the truffle shuffle and the combinations of flavours were incredible! House lager was also a perfect match with the pizza! Much love X

  • Excellent pizza - see the two extremely empty plates. Only criticism would be the amount of George Michael played. Bonus: They also had coat hooks which has been a bit of a bug bear with Sheffield boozers in general.

  • Stumbled across this cute pizzeria and it turned out to be the best pizza we've tried in Sheffield. "The Don" pizza was so flavourful and the side dips were addictive, must try the truffle mayo. Coming back soon!

  • Such a lovely visit here on a Friday night. Staff were very friendly and helpful, good music and artwork and overall a really nice industrial feel. Pizza was 10/10. My only (small) problem was the air con dipped on the table but that can easily be fixed if the table can be moved. Would highly recommend a visit if you haven’t already

  • It was very nice food, very quick service, and the atmosphere gives off a cool rustic/factory vibe. It was quiet when we went, but exceptional. Portions were of a good size, extra large sandwiches actually are very large.
